Whatever inspired you to become a member of the management team, it was probably not Health and Safety legislation or an opportunity to manage school premises (unless you’re the Site Manager of course). Little in your training is likely to have prepared you for this important responsibility, yet this aspect of the job can be extremely daunting. Schools are being asked to do more for themselves and in many cases the traditional support networks are simply no longer able to help.

This seminar, repeated weekly, open and FREE only to schools, will set out what is required to ensure compliance and when. It will offer handy solutions to enable you to get to grips with the somewhat bizarre world of H&S; suggest how activities can be delegated without losing sight of what is – or perhaps is not – going on; and demonstrate easily produced reports for governors.
